The conference was about country’s acute issues rotationally (The joint conference between civil institutions and governmental agencies regarding administrative corruption). The conference also briefly discussed on basic roots of administrative corruption and other types of corruption and the ways how to get out of it.

The conference held on 21/04/2014 by Afghanis Civil Society Election Network (ACSEN) to strengthen the electoral process by a huge gibbous of representatives from civil society, political parties and presidential candidates and three security sector institutions in Continental Hotel. The AWEC Resource Center held its first Seminar on 17 April 2014, entitled, ‘Civil Society in Afghanistan’. This event was held in the AWEC training room. The main issue discussed was whether Afghanistan could have a strong civil society like other countries? This was considered important for the future sustainability and stability of Afghanistan.
